About The Position
Our Line Cooks are responsible for the preparation, presentation and recipes of all menu items in their assigned station. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following "The Maggiano's Way". Brinker International, founded by Norman Brinker, pioneered casual dining and is the name behind good food, good times, and great places to work, with Maggiano's being a part of this tradition. The Kitchen team, including Line Cooks, runs scratch kitchens with professionalism and a fast pace, consistently delivering culinary works of art. This team is energized by creative inspiration from the culinary team in Dallas and operates in a fast-paced environment requiring dedication and commitment to excellence for various events.
