About The Position

Our Prep Cooks are responsible for following our recipes to prepare and portion menu items. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food and dedicated to providing excellent service. This role is part of a fast-paced kitchen environment that requires dedication and commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Experience as a Prep Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy plates.

Nice To Haves

• Culinary school education.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes to prepare and portion menu items.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory and stocking of kitchen supplies.
