The Line Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients and cooking menu items using a variety of techniques and equipment. This role involves recreating dishes with consistency and care across restaurant and banquet operations, setting up and maintaining a clean, well-stocked workstation, and following proper food handling, sanitization, and storage procedures.
