This role is responsible for preparing, cooking, and packaging food items according to company standards, ensuring timeliness, quality, and accuracy of orders. The position also involves maintaining kitchen cleanliness, adhering to health code standards, accurately recording sales, accepting payments, and providing excellent customer service. The Line Cook must be able to learn and comply with all company policies and procedures, communicate effectively with associates and customers, and maintain productive work relationships. They will also be responsible for stocking shelves, receiving product from vendors, and performing duties with minimal supervision in a potentially stressful environment. The role requires accurate documentation, cash handling, and flexibility to undertake new policies and procedures.
