About The Position

Sandtrap Bar & Grill has been a neighborhood favorite in South KC since 1999. Requirements

• Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person
• Ability to work under pressure and stay organized during busy shifts
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must be reliable, punctual, and passionate about great food
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to Sharks’ quality and presentation standards
• Work efficiently on the line during high-volume shifts
• Assist with daily prep, stocking, and station setup
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
• Communicate and coordinate with fellow cooks and FOH staff to keep service running smoothly
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency
