Trail Stop Brewery is growing, and we’re looking for energetic, reliable Line Cooks to join our back-of-house team full-time. Requirements

  • Proven kitchen experience preferred (restaurant or brewery setting a plus)
  • Strong knife skills and solid understanding of food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to multitask, manage timing, and stay calm under pressure
  • Dependable, team-focused, and takes pride in quality work
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift heavy items

Responsibilities

  • Washing dishes and maintaining clean, organized work areas
  • Prepping ingredients for service — chopping, slicing, portioning, and labeling
  • Making dough, baking bread, and preparing sauces and dressings
  • Cooking food using a wood-fire oven and convection oven
  • Preparing cold items such as salads, desserts, and gelato
  • Following recipes and maintaining consistency with every dish
  • Rotating stock and storing ingredients properly
  • Supporting teammates and completing additional tasks assigned by management
