About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Breakfast Line Cook to help start our guests’ day off right with high-quality, made-to-order breakfast dishes.

Requirements

• Previous breakfast or line cook experience preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service begins
• Ensure food is cooked to the proper temperature and presented attractively
• Work efficiently during high-volume breakfast service while maintaining quality
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
• Assist with prep work for upcoming services as needed
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely service
