Requirements
- Can handle a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Works well with a team and communicates clearly
- Pays attention to detail and food quality
- Comfortable working on your feet and in a hot kitchen
- Available evenings and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Line cook experience preferred (we’ll train the right person)
Responsibilities
- Cooking and preparing menu items to spec
- Working different stations (grill, fryer, prep, expo)
- Keeping up with ticket times during busy shifts
- Keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
- Helping with prep, stocking, and basic kitchen tasks
- Communicating with the kitchen and front-of-house to keep things running smoothly
