About The Position
UNO Pizzeria & Grill is hiring Line Cooks. Immediate part-time and full-time openings are available, with flexible availability preferred. UNO invented the deep dish pizza and has a team that believes in the brand and in the success of one another. They offer amazing food, craft beer and cocktails, and a rapidly growing loyal guest following. UNO believes in innovation and introducing new flavors inspired by trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of line cook experience
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- A passion for great food and teamwork

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up, stock, and maintain kitchen stations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with prep, breakdown, and cleaning of equipment
- Work as part of a fast-paced, supportive team
