Pete Dye River Course is seeking a Line Cook/BOH to join their team. This position involves preparing items required for the work station according to par sheets or instructions from the Chef. The Line Cook is responsible for the cooking and proper “doneness” and seasoning of all items as they appear on the menu and daily specials. They must maintain consistency and order on the cooking line, prepare products assigned to the work station during service, and maintain cleanliness of work stations and all aspects of the kitchen, including the dish pit. A 100% team player is required. Pete Dye River Course is a McConnell Golf Property.
