About The Position

Line Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The role supports kitchen operations by preparing food according to Chili’s recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and keeping orders moving continuously. The position calls for teamwork and a friendly, caring approach in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

• Learn and execute all recipe procedures properly.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
