About The Position

Sandy Family Restaurant is hiring a part-time Line Cook to prepare breakfast dishes in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen. The role involves preparing fresh ingredients, setting up the station, cooking menu classics such as poached eggs and pancakes, and adjusting dishes to customer preferences. The cook will manage inventory, keep the workspace clean, and handle multiple orders with precision, working independently or collaboratively with the team. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 5 p.m. to close, with weekends and holidays required. Pay is $20–$23 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a line cook.
• Food handler's permit.
• Ability to skillfully cook breakfast foods.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Collaborative skills and the ability to work alone.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and set up the kitchen station.
