Requirements

• Previous line cook experience in a restaurant kitchen.
• Strong cooking fundamentals, knife skills, and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple tickets while maintaining quality.
• Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to take direction.
• Pride in keeping a clean, organized station.
• Availability for [required shifts, including evenings and weekends].

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items consistently, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your station for an efficient service.
• Execute orders accurately while keeping pace in a busy kitchen.
• Communicate with the kitchen team to keep service moving.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, storage, and cleaning procedures.
• Help with prep, opening duties, and closing responsibilities.
