About The Position

Line Cooks, or Heart of House Team Members, are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food by learning and executing Chili's recipe procedures, keep orders flowing from the kitchen, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The role requires teamwork and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

Responsibilities

• Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
