About The Position

Line Cook Team Members are key to the daily operations at Eastcut. You will participate in a variety of activities: food receiving, prepping, cooking, plating, washing, and cleaning. You will work together with the whole team to provide high-quality and consistent guest experiences. The menu at Eastcut features various rotating specials, so you will have the chance to explore culinary creativity.

Requirements

• Prior Experience with grills/flattops, fryers, & other kitchen equipment
• Ability to learn in all aspects of operation
• Ability to challenge yourself, ask questions, work hard, and grow
• Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented; strive for excellence in all things
• Ability to be regularly present & punctual for scheduled shifts
• Ability to regularly lift 50lbs, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to communicate effectively and regularly
• Ability to occasionally work in hot or cold environments for extended periods of time
• Must be 18 years or older (NC ABC laws for serving beer and wine)
