Requirements

• Experience in fry, plancha, poke, garde manger, or expeditor
• Self-starter with the capacity to follow through on tasks
• The ability to multitask at all points during your workday
• An eagerness to grow as part of a close-knit team

Responsibilities

• Set up stations with all necessary supplies
• Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly
• Prepare menu items in cooperation with the greater kitchen.
• Reports all operational needs and equipment, or aspects of the kitchen in need of repair or improvement to management
