About The Position

The kitchen is the heart of the action, and they are looking for passionate line cooks to help keep it pumping. This role involves preparing fresh ingredients, cooking dishes to order with care and precision, maintaining quality and presentation standards, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, monitoring inventory, collaborating with the kitchen crew, plating meals with attention to detail, adapting to guest requests, and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.
Requirements
- 1+ years of kitchen experience preferred - flexibility for the right candidate
- Skilled in grilling, frying, and line cooking in a fast-paced environment
- Thrives under pressure, maintaining speed and accuracy during busy service
- Solid knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices
- Team-focused with a genuine passion for food and hospitality

Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients daily, ensuring accuracy, speed, and consistency during prep and service.
- Cook dishes to order with care and precision, maintaining Tapley’s quality and presentation standards.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following all food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels, communicating with the team to ensure the kitchen is always well-stocked.
- Collaborate with the kitchen crew, communicating clearly and supporting each other through busy service.
- Plate meals with attention to detail, ensuring each dish looks great and hits the pass on time.
- Adapt to guest requests, accommodating dietary needs or special orders with professionalism.
- Contribute to a positive kitchen culture, bringing energy, efficiency, and a strong work ethic every shift.
