About The Position
Line Cook team members work in Chili’s Heart of House kitchen and help set the pace for a great shift. They provide dependable, fast service by preparing food according to company recipes, keeping orders flowing, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming kitchen environment. The role offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
Responsibilities
- Learn and execute all recipe procedures properly.
