About The Position

Line Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to Chili’s recipes, keep the kitchen clean and safe, and help ensure food orders flow continuously from the kitchen. The role calls for a friendly, caring demeanor and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
