About The Position

Chili’s Heart of House Team Members help set the pace for a great shift by preparing food and supporting dependable, fast service. The Line Cook follows recipe procedures, keeps the kitchen clean and safe, communicates ticket times, and helps keep food orders moving continuously. The role calls for a friendly, caring approach and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
