About The Position

Line Cooks, known at Chili’s as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for each shift by preparing and delivering food promptly and reliably. The role involves learning and following recipe procedures, keeping the kitchen clean and safe, communicating ticket times to Team Members, and helping maintain a welcoming environment. Candidates should be friendly, work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, and be able to use common food-preparation equipment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
