About The Position
The Hilton Garden Inn - Uniontown is hiring a Line Cook to join our team of passionate Hospitality professionals. This position is part-time and can help supplement your current job. The Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown is a busy hotel serving visitors to Uniontown for 10 years. We have a restaurant, bar, and banquet space to serve guests and group needs. The hotel is managed by Prospera Hospitality, a proudly Pittsburgh based hotel management company with over 20 years of experience managing hotels, restaurants, and convention centers.
Requirements
- The ability to get food handling safety certifications is a requirement.

- Previous cooking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Prep work, portion control, garnishing and preparation of dishes according to standards set by the Restaurant Manager and by the Hilton Brand.
- Breakfast cooks are responsible for opening up the kitchen and setting up the buffet according to standards set by the Restaurant Manager and Hilton.
- Evening cooks prepare food for the restaurant, bar, and hotel functions.
