We are seeking an experienced and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and allergy management procedures.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple tickets and priorities during busy service periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Execute orders efficiently while maintaining consistency during high-volume service periods.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
  • Demonstrate strict adherence to allergy protocols, preventing cross-contamination and ensuring guest safety.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation throughout each shift.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
  • Assist with prep work, inventory management, and kitchen closing duties as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals and maintain a positive work environment.
