You will work in a prestigious, fast-paced kitchen alongside seasoned chefs, preparing and executing elevated dishes that reflect the hotel’s commitment to excellence, precision, and luxury. Job includes performing a wide range of culinary techniques to consistently execute menu specifications as designed by Executive Chef. Produces Me en Place for all outlets the kitchen placed in services. Preparing food to the specifications that the customer/ Executive Chef has requested. You will play a key role in creating a memorable experience for the guests.
