About The Position

Line Cooks, known at Chili's as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for great shifts by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to Chili's recipes and procedures, keep the kitchen clean and safe, and help ensure orders flow continuously from the kitchen. The role calls for a friendly, caring approach to working with Team Members and the ability to act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
