About The Position

Slightly North of Broad (S.N.O.B.) is seeking experienced Line Cooks with a passion for refined Southern cuisine and scratch cooking to join our kitchen team full time. Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of line cook experience in fine dining or upscale casual kitchens
Strong foundation in scratch cooking and classic techniques
Able to perform consistently during busy, high-pressure services
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined in your work
Team-first mindset with clear, respectful kitchen communication
Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistency and growth
Seeking full-time hours and a long-term opportunity with a professional operation

Responsibilities

Execute all menu items at your station with precision, consistency, and efficiency
Work confidently with seasonal ingredients and scratch preparations rooted in Southern cuisine
Maintain a strong understanding of all stations to support the team during service
Uphold exceptional standards of organization, cleanliness, and food safety
Complete prep, service, and closing responsibilities independently and reliably
Communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced, high-expectation kitchen
Take pride in craftsmanship and contribute to a culture of accountability, respect, and excellence
