Requirements

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper kitchen protocols.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain proper portion sizes, quality, and presentation of food.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet demand and ensure timely service.
• Assist in inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
• Adapt and respond quickly to any special dietary needs or guest requests.
