Requirements
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper kitchen protocols.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain proper portion sizes, quality, and presentation of food.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet demand and ensure timely service.
- Assist in inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
- Adapt and respond quickly to any special dietary needs or guest requests.
