Line Cook - Old Scratch Pizza (Centerville)
About The Position
The Line Cook position is for individuals with a passion for food, whether they are new to the kitchen or have prior experience. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients and assisting with opening the pizza line before the restaurant opens. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our kitchen team who are eager to learn the art of making Neapolitan-style pizzas. We welcome both experienced professionals and motivated learners. While experience is valued, a positive attitude is paramount. Ideal candidates are pleasant, honest, punctual, capable of hard work, resilient under heat and pressure, and share a love for food and dining, wanting to collaborate with like-minded individuals.
Requirements
- Passion for food.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well under heat and pressure.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to communicate and avoid dangerous situations.
- Ability to maneuver in walk-in coolers and freezers.
- Substantial repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and fingers.

Responsibilities
