About The Position
The Bistro Cook is responsible for preparing delicious and visually appealing dishes for our guests. Shifts vary with both, AM and PM shifts available. Serving hotel guests in our restaurant by cooking items and prepping food. This includes all aspects of food preparation, service and cleanup. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us. We are also looking for someone who can do simple banquet/buffet cooking on some mornings and lunches.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a cook or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen area
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the best possible dining experience
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
