The Line Cook will support the Lead Line Cooks and Sous Chef in all breakfast, lunch, and dinner prep/execution. Additionally, the line cook supports in overseeing all functions of Prep Cooks and Dishwashers at the commissary kitchen. This role will assist in supporting the team in prep and production, inventory systems and storage, time and temperature logs, and opening/closing checklists. The right candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prepare high-quality meals that meet Chefs exact specifications. High volume production experience is required.
