About The Position

Join the Come Monday Cafe team at Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe as an entry-level Line Cook. In this role, you will work alongside experienced chefs and contribute to preparing and serving food for guests. The position offers opportunities to learn and develop culinary skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospitality environment. The early shift starts between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. The role requires availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The listed pay range is USD $22.00–$23.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking.
Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
