About The Position

Royal Park Hotel is seeking an entry-level Line Cook to join its culinary team in Rochester, Michigan. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced chefs, learn and develop culinary skills, and contribute to dining experiences for hotel guests. The Line Cook assists with food preparation and cooking, plates menu items to established standards, supports kitchen operations, and follows food-safety and sanitation guidelines. The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Royal Park Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of food-preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking.
Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
