Belfair is seeking Culinary Line Cooks to join their Food & Beverage team. Candidates with culinary experience are welcome, and motivated individuals eager to learn will be trained. Their private club environment supports professional growth while respecting personal time, with afternoon and evening shifts typically concluding by 9pm. They also offer flexible part-time opportunities for those looking to supplement their current income.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
Ensure food is served simultaneously, consistently, and promptly
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
Communicate effectively and support fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house team
Collaborate with teammates to maintain efficiency and high-quality service
Assist with prep work, inventory, and receiving as needed
