The Line Cook is responsible for preparing recipes and food items in accordance with the culinary leadership requirements. This role involves preparing assigned menu items, operating various kitchen equipment, and ensuring ingredient supply levels are accurate and appropriate for the shift's expected volume. The Line Cook must maintain a sanitary and organized work area, demonstrate proper care and cleaning of tools and equipment, and adhere to all sanitation requirements. This position also supports safety and accident prevention programs and requires flexibility with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
