About The Position

Lost Cowboy of the Michael Timothy's Dining Group is actively seeking a motivated full-time Line Cook to prepare and cook food in our Nashua, NH location. Experienced line cooks can earn very competitive wages (21-25$ per hour) to start with the potential to grow in the position. Following recipes with care, you clean, cut, and cook all food items in accordance with our procedures and health regulations. You keep stations clean and stocked as well as work with servers and other kitchen staff members to complete orders. With attention to detail, you ensure that food is plated well and finished in a timely manner. You enjoy creating the exceptional dishes our guests will love!

Requirements

Experience working in a commercial kitchen
Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
Excellent communicator
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Manage time well and prioritize tasks accordingly
Patient and professional with staff and customers
