About The Position

Lost Cowboy of the Michael Timothy's Dining Group is actively seeking a motivated full-time Line Cook to prepare and cook food in our Nashua, NH location. Experienced line cooks can earn very competitive wages (21-25$ per hour) to start with the potential to grow in the position. Requirements

• Experience working in a commercial kitchen
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Excellent communicator
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Manage time well and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Patient and professional with staff and customers

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items in accordance with procedures and health regulations.
• Clean, cut, and cook all food items.
• Keep stations clean and stocked.
• Work with servers and other kitchen staff members to complete orders.
• Ensure food is plated well and finished in a timely manner.
