We’re seeking a Line Cook to join us this summer at Balkan! Fresh Mediterranean in the heart of Banff. From fresh pita wraps to mouthwatering souvlaki & plenty of vegetarian options, prepare your taste buds for fun & flavourful Mediterranean dishes paired perfectly with vibrant cocktails and fruity spirit-free drinks. Requirements
- Excellent work ethic and communication skills
- Previous culinary experience
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule required
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
- Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Assist with training new team members as required
