Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
• Current Food Handler's Permit, or the ability to obtain one within 2 weeks of hire
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to meet insurability requirements
• Dependable, passionate, organized, team player with a positive attitude, committed to food safety and sanitation
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check, a drug and alcohol screening, a sex offender registry check, a child abuse/neglect check, and meeting all Head Start health requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of a culinary program
• 5 or more years of related cooking experience
