About The Position

Line Cooks, known at Chili’s as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by preparing food and supporting dependable, fast service. The role involves following recipe procedures, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, communicating ticket times, and keeping food orders moving. Candidates should bring a friendly, caring demeanor and be able to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
