Campbell’s Resort is seeking a Line Cook to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing food according to standard recipes and special diet orders, ensuring all plates meet Campbell's standards before serving. The role involves determining food and supply needs, proper food storage, reporting equipment issues, and planning production to align with meal serving hours. The Line Cook will also maintain kitchen cleanliness, conduct temperature checks, participate in training, and contribute to a positive work environment. Additionally, the position assists in controlling costs, stocking, inventory, and identifying/solving problems. Understanding B.E.O. sheets is also a requirement.
