The role involves determining food and supply needs, proper food storage, reporting equipment issues, and planning food production to align with meal service hours. The Line Cook will also maintain kitchen cleanliness, conduct temperature checks, participate in team training, and contribute to a positive work environment. Additionally, the position requires assisting with cost control, inventory, and security, as well as learning to read B.E.O. sheets. This is a variable-hour position with hours based on seasonal volume, business demand, and operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
