This role is responsible for completing assigned prep work and setting up cooking stations according to company standards. The Line Cook will prep and assemble dishes according to recipes and specifications, cook guest orders efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized station. This position requires knowledge of kitchen equipment, sanitation practices, and adherence to company policies. The role may involve working nights, weekends, and holidays, and performing other duties as assigned by management. The ability to work the second shift and weekends is mandatory.
