About The Position

Chili’s Line Cooks, known as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by preparing food and supporting fast, dependable kitchen service. They execute recipes, keep the kitchen clean and safe, communicate with teammates, and help maintain a welcoming environment. The role is available with a flexible part-time or full-time schedule. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute all recipe procedures properly.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
