Requirements
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable working around heat and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques is a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and portion standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order execution
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Monitor food quality and consistency throughout service
