Requirements
- Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working around heat/steam
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
- Willingness to learn and follow kitchen procedures
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish station
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring a steady supply of clean dishware
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Take out trash and recycling as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
