Requirements

Energetic, inspiring, positive and adventurous
Proficient in large batch recipe cooking and meat and fish fabrication
General food prep knowledge, and an understanding of various dietary needs, cuisines, techniques and culinary trends
Foundation in baking methods, unit conversions, and strong knife skills
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment
Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Willingness and ability to learn and have a ‘make it happen’ attitude

Responsibilities

Promote and maintain the highest level of food quality and customer service to all guests
Ensure the proper food levels are met for daily operation
Prepare menu items in accordance to set standards and specifications
Maintain clean and sanitary food preparation and storage areas at all times in accordance with state and local sanitation requirements and codes
Communicate clearly and develop strong working relationships with back and front of the house staff working banquets/events each day
