About The Position

Our Line Cooks are responsible for the preparation, presentation and recipes of all menu items in their assigned station. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, which they call The Maggiano's Way. Brinker International, the parent company, pioneered casual dining and Maggiano's Little Italy is described as a slice of Italian American tradition. The Kitchen team, including Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, Pastry Cooks, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks and Dishwashers, runs scratch kitchens with professionalism, consistently delivering works of art to guests.
