This role is responsible for preparing food for the cafeteria and ensuring team members have a positive dining experience. The Line Cook will prepare all food items, maintain their temperature, season and garnish food, and prepare soups and sauces. The position also involves keeping the cooking area clean and organized, managing inventory, ordering food daily, and ensuring the safety and security of employees and guests. The role may also involve monitoring and adjusting performance relative to local competition and performing other assigned duties.
