About The Position

The Third Floor is seeking a passionate cook who is experienced in global cuisines to manage daily meal preparation for hotel colleagues. The ideal candidate is reliable, creative, and takes pride in making tasty food from scratch.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a Line Cook or Cafeteria Cook in a restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and proper food preparation.
  • Positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Executive Chef to create delicious menus to be served in the Colleague lounge.
  • Prepare fresh meals for 100 colleagues daily.
  • Ensure hotel colleagues are fed well and happy.
